The Assembly is the highest-ranking body of the HIS.

Each member may appoint one Assembly member. However, each engineering society may add an another member for every thousand of its own members up to the total of maximum four representatives in the Assembly.

Regular Assembly meetings of the HIS are held once a year.
The elective Assembly meeting is held once every four years.

One of the main activities of HIS Assembly:

– approves the Bylaws and any modifications of and additions to the Bylaws

– appoints the HIS President, who is also the Managing Board President, for a four (4) year term

– decides on the acceptance of new HIS members and rules on the expulsion of HIS members…
