Managing Board

The Managing Board is the executive body of the HIS Assembly.

 The HIS Managing Board is composed of 11 members appointed by the HIS Assembly from among its members upon proposal of the HIS President.

The President is also the Managing Board President by right of position (ex officio).

The Managing Board members are appointed for a four (4) year term of office, and can be appointed no more than two times in succession.

The Managing Board meetings are held at least once every three months.

One of the main activities of HIS Managing Board is:

– elaborates draft proposals for the HIS Bylaws, including its modifications and additions,

– elaborates draft proposals for general acts of the HIS,

– approves acts relating to the HIS organisational structure,

– implements decisions and conclusions made by the Assembly,

– prepares Rules for the use of the HIS Home, in wich rights and obligations of members using office space in the Home are defined,

– establishes its working bodies,

– decides on entering into legally-binding business relations….
